A former practising solicitor in London, Simon now specialises in working with senior executives and professionals from a range of organisations around the globe to develop their business through effective leadership and communication.

He is an award-winning speaker on the Australian circuit, addressing a wide range of audiences both nationally and internationally.  He is the founding Chairman of the Professional Services Marketing Association, a member of the National Speakers Association of Australia and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

He is based in Byron Bay, Australia.
